Note: If you use a sight pusher tool to install sights, use one that supports the entire side of the slide. Don’t use a mgw sight pusher that only grabs a tiny sliver of rail, that could damage your slide.

sound of freedom – This was a great set up. I loved being able to customize the set up. Only issue I had was my own fault as a newb to building these. I used a heavy barrel in a slim hand guard. It makes adding attachments tough with clearances. Hoping someday to also get an AR10 from here.
I will say that I have not shot this yet but plan to very soon. Customer service was great, I think my ordered got lost in the shuffle, or there was an issue with CC at first. As soon as I reached outto them, they shipped the product same day. It was very easy to assemble and fit well on my P80. It also fit great on my Glock 17. Really feels good racking the slide, will fit it with a Red dot and hit the range. My suppressor screws right on and the weight feels good. The fact that they have these in stock and the price they have on them is crazy. Definite repeat customer.
After searching all over, I found Mid-state. I purchased this slide along with the barrel and internals as they were very reasonably priced. They worked right out of the box, no issues. When I got it, I immediately took it to the range as my sights had not yet arrived. Even without sights the slide/barrel was accurate. Mid-state shipped out and delivered my purchase very quickly. Additionally, I emailed them at 11pm one night and Allen replied right away with the information I needed. I will definitely purchase from them again and recommend you do the same.
