This OEM Glock back plate (also called a slide cover plate, rear plate, or rear cover plate) is a genuine Glock factory replacement part. It installs at the back of your Glock slide, securing the firing pin assembly and extractor depressor plunger.
Made by Glock, this is a factory part. Designed for Glock Gen 5 pistols, but also backward compatible with Gen 1–4 slides, making it a versatile replacement or spare.
Some Gen 3 complete slides can even be adapted to fit Gen 5 frames when paired with this OEM backplate.
