Heavy hammer spring

Just installed the unit. Haven't fired the rifle yet, but I can tell the new spring should solve my problem of light primer strikes. It hit much harder than the stock spring in my AR lower.

Occasional Misfire

My AR build would occasionally misfire with only a small dent in the primer. After switching parts with other rifles and the problem stayed with the lower, I ordered this stronger spring, Fit seems good and installation was easy. I haven’t had a chance to range test it.
