Fourth One – Microbest as we know makes the best BCG for the money. Mid-State must be sitting on quite a few of these as this is my fourth microbest blem-BCG from them.
I have both the NiB and Phosphate finishes and both are great for my applications. The tooling is epic. I found the “blem” on one of the bcg, but after a few hundred rounds, it’s indistinguishable from the heat cycling’s decolorization.
Great bcg – Very very gas efficient if u want a bcg that will always do its job without the expensive branding microbest is the way to go and if u wanna deal with a company that always awnsers ur questions and even texts u back quickly mid state firearms is a great place to shop
I have not gotten it – I am doing a retro build, that’s why I bought a phosphate carrier. I received one that was nickel boron coated. I had it sent back, but have not seen the replacement.
sound of freedom – This was a great set up. I loved being able to customize the set up. Only issue I had was my own fault as a newb to building these. I used a heavy barrel in a slim hand guard. It makes adding attachments tough with clearances. Hoping someday to also get an AR10 from here.
